How did the name DIPIN orginate?
DIPIN is an acronym for 'developing initiatives for people in need' - it was created by DIPIN's Founder Trustees.

Do you only support projects in India ?
At the moment we are concentrated in India. DIPIN will endeavour to be present in other countries in the following years.

What does NGO mean?
‘Non-Government Organisation’.

How can you guarantee that funds will be applied correctly?
DIPIN has a full time Managing Trustee overseeing the entire operations in India. He makes frequently unannounced visits to our project sites on a regular basis. The Founder President and Co-Founder President visit each project at least twice or thrice a year.

What ratio of raised funds is actually applied to projects?
DIPIN uses 100% of donations entirely for all the programmes.

Does DIPIN have any political or religious affiliations?
No, DIPIN works across all political, religious and geographical boundaries.

What feedback can we expect from DIPIN?
All feedback can be had from the website and any questions will be responded to on email. One yearly report will be provided for each sponsored child.
