DIPIN’s definition of sustainability is people powered. We make every effort to show respect to culture and tradition and build trust within the community. Our integrated development programme encompasses education and child protection, disease prevention, health promotion and care, infrastructure development and sustained environmental conservation.
A socially sustainable community must be able to generate its own resources. DIPIN nurtures and supports both individual as well as community sustainability and actively encourages the development of leadership qualities in individuals, who in turn, inspire the community to work towards self - reliance.
We support self-government and collaborate to actively promote social and economic independence. We particularly focus on capacity building and seek to guide and support progress, rather than create dependence. We focus on capacity building to ensure prosperity and human enrichment.
We attempt to nurture and encourage poor families to work towards self-reliance and help them develop leadership qualities. We are heartened and inspired that our development initiatives have transformed the lives of poor rural families by motivating people to free themselves from poverty.
DIPIN seeks to create positive and dynamic changes by partnering with the community to create sustainable villages. With the welfare of women and children at the centre, our community programmes seek to support the material and spiritual prosperity of rural communities
